Do you always log in windows (server/desktop/laptops) with an administrator account. Avoid it.. 
Symptom:
Avoid using your computer to surf the Internet whilst logged into an administator account to minimize the chances of viruses/spywares/adwares/trojans being installed onto your system.
Solution:
- Remain offline while in administrator mode.
